    Prof. Edeltraud Guenther will feature as an expert for this conference (Klimakonferenz sächsischer Schülerinnen und Schüler), which will facilitate an open discussion and workshop for students to put forward their thoughts, questions, and ideas for a climate-friendly future. The results of the workshop will be presented to Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer, with students’ suggestions to be passed on to the Ministries of the State Government of Saxony.

    In addition, there will be a live circuit on the research vessel Polarstern – one of the most important tools of German polar research and the flagship of the Alfred Wegener Institute.
