The Raetze Mill is a traditional family business in its 9th generation that looks back on 250 years of history. During a guided tour of the company, the two managing directors, Johannes and Sebastian Unger, will provide insight into the company’s past, which is now a modern enterprise, with just under 20 employees, milling approximately 15 000 tonnes of grain annually.

A highlight of the tour is Prof. Guenther’s discussion on the topic “Is your business ready for climate change? A resilience check”.
