In line with the rapid development of Indonesia’s infrastructure, it is necessary to develop infrastructure technology that is safe, reliable, integrated, and environmentally sustainable. On the other hand, there are many sources of disasters that threaten various regions in Indonesia. Mitigation and disaster recovery efforts for disaster management systems and infrastructure are urgently needed. These should be holistic and only require easy-to-apply technological knowledge. Academics, practitioners, and industry in the field of Civil and Environmental Engineering have a role to play to solve these problems.
Dr Serena Caucci presents her work with the title “Sustainable Infrastructure Technology for Mitigation and Disaster Recovery. A Step towards Circular Economy”.
The Gadjah Mada University, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, invites academics, practitioners, and industry to join them during the “21st Century Infrastructure Technology National Symposium”. During the conference, they have the opportunity to share their knowledge, gather ideas, findings, achievements, and infrastructure technology innovations that are beneficial for the welfare and disaster resilience of Indonesians and global society.
