Handriyanti Diah Puspitarini is an Energy Analyst who has worked for 8 years in the field of renewable energy optimisation, sustainable development, and climate change in Europe and Indonesia. Her research focuses on energy transition in Indonesia considering technical, social, and economic issues. Next to her research work at UNU-FLORES, she has managed multiple pre-feasibility studies for implementing a combination of renewable energy and storage technologies to power Indonesia’s remote areas. Her prior experience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment enables her to communicate research results creatively and effectively. She focuses on developing collaborations to contribute to the changes in energy, environmental, and economic sectors on a local and global scale.
