Ambassador of Egypt to Germany Visits UNU-FLORES

    On 25 September, UNU-FLORES Director Prof. Reza Ardakanian met with Dr. Mohamed Abdelhamid Ibrahim Higazy, H.E. Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Federal Republic of Germany, in Dresden. The Director provided the Ambassador with insight into recent developments and research activities of UNU-FLORES, which by the end generated constructive discussions on the research and cooperation in the realm of the Nexus of Water, Soil and Waste in the MENA region.

    Dr. Mohamed Abdelhamid Ibrahim Higazy obtained his PhD degree in Political Sciences from the Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.  He has served as the Ambassador of Egypt to Germany since 2012 and has previously served as the Ambassador of Egypt to India as well as Jordan.
